Return Instructions

  • Step 1: Obtain an RMA Number
    • Before returning any item, you must first obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from BioFire Defense. This number is essential for tracking your return and ensuring proper processing. Please contact our customer support team to request your RMA number.
  • Step 2: Decontaminate your Instrument and Fill out the Return Form
    • For the safety of our team, all instruments must be thoroughly decontaminated prior to return. Once decontaminated, please complete the required Return Form, ensuring all fields are accurately filled. This form, along with your RMA number, must accompany your returned instrument.
