In order to run a BioFire panel on the BIOFIRE FILMARRAY 2.0 or BIOFIRE TORCH instrument, that specific pouch module software must be installed into the system running that pouch.

A new system from BioFire Defense comes with basic pouch modules. However if you need additional pouch modules or need to update your pouch modules to the latest version, fill out the form to request additional pouch modules from our Customer Technical Support Team. A Team member will reach out with the instructions to download the software.
